On the job Training
The responsibility of each group leader to
analyse each security officer in their role and provide
“on-the-spot” feedback or guidance. This activity
must be carried out without fail and each group leader is given
a minimum daily quota to identify weaknesses.
Counseling & Motivation
An important aspect, each security
personnel must receive counseling on a regular basis.This is
the role played by the Branch Manager with the assistance from
the Project Executive.
